My work has nothing to do with an H economy, as well as my studies, but I read the "things" economic and perhaps it is time to start taking some notes, not to limit my knowledge technical analysis. Beginning with interest rates ... So if I understand it, the recovery rate is to be read as a positive signal because it had been taken at "how" ( 1% in the USA -> 5% hours) to stimulate an economy packed; Then we go now that the economic machine begin to actually get back in motion, the system can afford a higher cost of money.
